From the West
Take I-90 East/Northwest Tollway and follow signs toward Chicago. Exit right at IL-25/Dundee Avenue and turn left onto IL-25/Dundee Avenue. Proceed down Dundee Avenue to Slade Avenue. Turn right onto Slade Avenue. The hospital is located at the corner of Slade Avenue and Center Street.

From the North
Take IL-31 south to IL-68 (Algonquin Road). Turn left onto Algonquin Road and proceed to IL-25. Turn right onto IL-25 and take IL-25 all the way in to Elgin. Proceed down IL-25/Dundee Avenue to Slade Avenue. Turn right onto Slade Avenue. The hospital is located at the corner of Slade Avenue and Center Street.

From the East

From the South
Take IL-25 north until it turns into Dundee Avenue. Proceed on Dundee Avenue to Slade Avenue. Turn left onto Slade Avenue. The hospital is located at the corner of Slade Avenue and Center Street.
